We are looking for a Senior Care Coordinator / Scheduler to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, compassionate, and passionate about helping seniors live with dignity.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and confirm all client care schedules
- Match caregivers to clients based on qualifications and availability
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
- Maintain accurate records and notes in scheduling software
- Respond to urgent scheduling needs
- Fill in for caregiver shifts as needed
- Conduct visits to client homes as needed
- Provide support and guidance to caregiving staff
- Handle scheduling conflicts and concerns promptly
- Assist with new client referrals and service onboarding
- Collaborate with Senior Care Advisors
- Perform other administrative and care coordination tasks as needed
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
Scheduled on-call nights, 5:30pm to 9:00am with pay.
What We're Looking For:
Education and Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in senior care professionally
- 1+ year of scheduling experience in home care or healthcare
- High school diploma level education or higher required.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required
- CNA certification is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with state home care regulations is a plus
Core Job Competencies:
- Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
- Ability to handle frequent schedule changes, call‑outs, and urgent coverage needs
- Ability to prioritize client needs while balancing caregiver availability
- Strong computer and mobile tech skills (Microsoft Office, iPhone/iPad, etc.)

- Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain professional boundaries
- Excellent multitasking and problem‑solving abilities

Valid driver’s license, own reliable transportation, clean driving record, and current insurance required. This role requires infrequent travel.
