The Bilingual HR Representative is often the first person employees turn to for HR help. This role brings calm, clear, and reliable support through phone calls and HR tickets. Your work helps employees find answers, solve routine issues, and connect with the right resources quickly. This is a role for someone who enjoys helping people, values accuracy, and wants to grow their HR knowledge in a supportive setting. It also supports a better employee experience every day.
How you'll make an impact
- Give employees friendly, clear support when they reach out for help.
- Help people get answers faster by responding to calls and HR tickets with care.
- Respond to questions and requests using established procedures and available HR resources.
- Use HR systems and account information to research and support employee inquiries.
- Document requests, actions taken, and outcomes clearly and accurately.
- Track routine issues through the ticketing system and follow through until resolved or appropriately escalated.
- Escalate more complex questions or concerns according to established protocols.
- Build HR knowledge and confidence by performing standard work assignments and learning from guidance and feedback.
About you
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Bring a people-first, service-oriented mindset and treat others with patience, empathy, and respect.
- Are comfortable following established processes while knowing when to seek guidance or ask questions.
- Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and requests with attention to detail.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
- Enjoy learning and adapting to new systems, tools, and ways of working.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Advanced proficiency in English and French.
