Multivendor Solutions Segment Lead

Description -

The Multivendor Services (MVS) Segment Lead will operate as part of a global team responsible for end-to-end multivendor services within the contractual print organization. This role focuses on consultative support and deal management in close partnership with sales and pursuit teams across Americas (AMS) markets.

Primary stakeholders include internal sales and pursuit teams, with direct customer engagement as needed. The role supports designated markets by ensuring effective coordination of quoting capabilities delivered through MVS service partners.

The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for the MVS portfolio, leading solution development for strategic opportunities and key customers. This role carries responsibility for Total Contract Value (TCV) performance, ensuring alignment and integration across HP sales, pursuit teams, regional delivery organizations, and other stakeholders.

The role requires consistent contribution to new ideas, methods, and process improvements to enhance solution effectiveness and ease of selling.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable sales and pursuit teams to identify, position, and deploy Multivendor Solutions (MVS) to support customer transitions toward an all-HP fleet over time. Work with local partners to obtain 3rd party cost information for analysis and sales quoting purposes.
  • Partner with regional service providers to source third-party cost inputs and build competitive, accurate pricing models for deal qualification and quoting.
  • Build, manage, and grow the multivendor opportunity pipeline; actively support deal strategy and execution to meet or exceed Total Contract Value (TCV) targets across assigned geographies.

Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Required:

  • Deep expertise in Managed Services (print, device, or IT services) with strong understanding of commercial models and delivery structures.
  • Typically 8+ years of experience across sales, solution architecture, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Advanced experience in several of the related disciplines of relationship management, contract negotiation, escalation management, project management, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, apply sound judgment, and solve complex problems in ambiguous environments.
  • High ownership mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach; thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments and adapts quickly to evolving market requirements.
