We are seeking a talented individual to join our Recovre team at Marsh. This role will be based in Perth. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least sixty percent of your work time in the office.

This role supports people returning to work after injury or illness by building employer relationships, providing job seeking support, and helping to create safe and sustainable employment outcomes. You will work closely with clients, employers, and internal stakeholders to deliver practical, person-centred rehabilitation support. This is a role for someone who enjoys relationship building, problem solving, and making a meaningful difference.

We will count on you to:

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, employers, and key stakeholders to support durable return to work outcomes
  • Coach clients in job search skills through the Recovre Workplace Preparation program, including resume support, interview preparation, career guidance, and job applications
  • Support rehabilitation consultants with labour market research and vocational assessment reporting where required
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to identify barriers and develop practical return to work strategies
  • Use your communication and coordination skills to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and support quality outcomes
  • Travel to client sites as needed and work flexibly across home, office, and community settings

What you need to have:

  • Experience in employment services, recruitment, career development, rehabilitation, or a similar client-facing role
  • Well-developed relationship building and customer service skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
  • Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously and under pressure
  • Current driver’s licence and a current National Police Clearance

  • Experience with telephone canvassing, employer engagement, or sales-related activity
  • Knowledge of the labour market and occupational requirements, with established local networks
  • Qualification in Human Resources, Career Development, or a similar field
  • Strong MS Office and research skills
