We are partnering with a leading national building products manufacturer on a Maintenance Manager opportunity at one of its larger Dallas-Fort Worth manufacturing facilities. This individual will lead an experienced maintenance team of approximately 10–12 employees while driving preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, projects and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
- Lead a 10-person maintenance team, growing to 12
- Manage daily maintenance, ongoing projects, shift coverage, preventive maintenance, downtime reduction, team communication and execution
What You'll Need
- Must have prior maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs and drives preferred
