Advisory Senior Associate

Key responsibilities for this role will include interacting with clients in a professional manner to support information gathering, analysis and issue resolution; supporting project management activities by tracking deliverables, milestones and timelines; contributing to client engagement, advisory support, deals and transaction support, data analysis, strategy development and planning, presentation and reporting, business development and collaboration; and providing guidance and informal coaching to junior team members where appropriate. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university; 

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, advisory, finance, business analysis or a comparable professional services environment; 

• Experience within a Big 4 or comparable professional services firm is strongly preferred; 

• Demonstrated ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to support problem-solving, strategic decision-making and planning activities; 

• Ability to contribute to clear, structured and client-ready deliverables, including reports, presentations and analytical outputs; 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools and software, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Alteryx; 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills; and 

• Proven ability to work effectively as part of multidisciplinary teams, adapt to changing project requirements, maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
