Vị trí Kỹ Thuật Viên Bảo Trì sẽ chịu trách nhiệm hỗ trợ hoạt động sản xuất một cách an toàn và đáng tin cậy trong việc thực hiện bảo trì phòng ngừa, bảo trì khắc phục sự cố thiết bị sản xuất nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu linh hoạt cao từ khách hàng.

This position is responsibility to support the Operation with safety and reliability in execution of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance of the production equipment to fulfill the high flexibility of demand from customers.

Nhiệm vụ chính / Main responsibilities:

• Đảm nhận duy trì hoạt động vận hành hàng ngày, đảm bảo an toàn và vận hành ổn định thiết bị đóng gói trong sản xuất. / Responsible for maintaining an exceptional daily operation, ensuring safety and reliable operation of the packing production equipment.

• Sửa chữa các thiết bị sản xuất và phi sản xuất hàng ngày. Thực hiện công việc xử lý sự cố với các thiết bị sản xuất và phi sản xuất, dựa theo lịch trình được sắp xếp sẵn. / Daily repair manufacturing and non-manufacturing equipment and facilities - repair on site or securing it to the supplier.

• Thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ theo lịch trình sắp xếp sẵn. / Execution of preventive maintenance on equipment according to the established schedule.

• Hỗ trợ thay đổi dây chuyền sản xuất và hướng dẫn chuyên viên vận hành cách điều khiển các thiết bị vận hành sản xuất. / Support production change overs and operators on operating production equipment.

• Hợp tác với nhân sự bảo trì, kỹ sư và chuyên viên vận hành. / Cooperation with other maintenance personnel, engineering and operators.

• Truyền đạt thông tin về các lỗi và sửa chữa cho quản lý trực tiếp và ghi lại báo cáo về tình trạng hoặc sửa chữa đã thực hiện. / Transmission of information on repairs and faults to your supervisor and implementation of records on condition levels, or the repair done.

• Chuẩn bị tài liệu cơ khí và phối hợp mô tả quy trình. / Preparation of mechanical documentation + cooperation on process description.

• Hỗ trợ lắp đặt dây chuyền sản xuất./ Support installation of lines.

Yêu cầu vị trí / Do you have what it takes:

• Có bằng Trung cấp nghề, Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học. / Vocational school, college or university.

• Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Bảo trì Máy móc. / At least 1 year experience in Equipment maintenance for persons without university degree.

• Có kỹ năng giao tiếp: Hợp tác, làm việc nhóm, chủ động và tinh thần dịch vụ, Đạo đức cá nhân và nghề nghiệp. / Interpersonal skills: collaboration, teamwork, proactive and service attitude, personal and professional ethics.

• Có khả năng di chuyển công tác, được phân công bởi quản lý (Bao gồm các chuyến công tác nước ngoài). / Able to Travel as assignment from manager (including overseas trips).

• Có khả năng đọc và hiểu dữ liệu kỹ thuật cơ bản, tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng bằng tiếng Anh. / Able to read and understand basic technical datasheet, manual instruction document in English.
