The Specialist III, IT Project/Product Management role supports IFF's global technology organization by delivering outcomes within project management. This position partners with business and technology stakeholders to drive operational excellence, innovation, governance, and continuous improvement. The role is expected to influence decisions appropriate to its level, solve complex problems and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field.

• Advanced degree in related discipline is preferred.

• Relevant professional experience aligned with the responsibilities and level of the role.

• Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive successful outcomes.

• Expertise in the relevant domain, enterprise systems, and technology platforms.

• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement.

• Strong collaboration, communication, accountability, problem-solving, and customer focus.

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, SAP or equivalent credentials are preferred.
