As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining building systems, responding to technical issues, and driving preventive maintenance activities that support daily business operations.

Where you come in:

• You are a key member of the Facilities team, ensuring that building systems, equipment, and infrastructure operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
• You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities, troubleshoot facility-related issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workplace safety, functionality, and operational performance.
• You play a critical role in minimizing downtime, maintaining compliance with applicable standards, and providing a positive environment for employees, customers, and visitors.
• You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on building systems and facility equipment, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems.
• You will maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, inspection reports, and equipment history documentation include CMMS.
• You will inspect facilities and equipment regularly to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• You will coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to support maintenance, repair, and improvement projects.
• You will ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve facility issues and support business objectives.

• You have the ability to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance in a safe and efficient manner.
• You possess strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building utility systems.
• You are able to prioritize multiple tasks, respond to urgent maintenance issues, and work effectively under pressure.
• You are proficient in documenting maintenance activities, completing work orders, and maintaining accurate maintenance records.
• You are willing to support on-call duties, shift work, overtime, or emergency response activities as required.
• You are able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
• You have proficiency in basic computer applications and maintenance management systems enables you to effectively track, monitor, and report maintenance activities.
• You have knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), or Energy Management Systems (EMS) is an advantage.
