About this opportunity:

The Price Manager owns pricing strategy, commercial analysis, and price governance for opportunities across hardware, software, services, and integrated solutions. The role partners with sales, commercial management, finance, solution, delivery, legal, and central pricing teams to build competitive proposals, protect profitability, support negotiations, and ensure pricing decisions are aligned with global directives, market benchmarks, customer value, cash flow, and commercial risk appetite.

What you will do:

• Define opportunity-specific pricing strategies based on customer needs, solution scope, competitive context, value drivers, and business objectives.
• Set, analyze, and manage prices for hardware, software, services, and bundled solutions in line with global strategies, benchmarks, and governance requirements.
• Lead profitability, cash-flow, discount, incentive, and commercial-model analysis to support informed sales decisions.
• Develop and optimize commercial proposals by interpreting RFP requirements, validating solution alignment, and ensuring offers are competitive, compliant, and financially sound.
• Support customer negotiations with value argumentation, total cost of ownership analysis, business-case impact assessment, pricing options, and risk-mitigation recommendations.
• Advise stakeholders on terms and conditions, profitability, cash flow, commercial risk, contractual implications, and approval requirements.
• Manage price approvals by preparing clear recommendations, documenting assumptions, securing alignment, and ensuring compliance with delegation and governance rules.
• Track offered and contracted prices to monitor profitability, pricing discipline, cash-flow impact, and consistency with approved strategy.
• Drive pricing excellence by supporting new pricing strategies, deploying price directives, sharing best practices, and coaching stakeholders as a pricing subject matter expert.
• Identify pricing risks, margin leakage, non-standard commercial asks, and governance exceptions, and recommend practical mitigation actions.

The skills you bring:

• Relevant experience in pricing, commercial management, sales operations, finance, bid management, business operations, commercial strategy, or a related customer-facing commercial role.
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, managed services, network solutions, software, professional services, or other complex B2B solution environments is preferred.
• Strong exposure to RFPs, commercial proposals, deal reviews, pricing governance, profitability analysis, customer negotiations, and approval processes.
• Ability to manage pricing for hardware, software, services, bundled offerings, and complex deal structures.
• Strong understanding of pricing principles, discount logic, commercial models, value-based selling, TCO, customer business cases, cash flow, margin, and risk-return trade-offs.
• Proven ability to work with sales, solution, finance, legal, delivery, and central teams in a matrixed organization.
• Graduate degree in business, finance, engineering, commerce, economics, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification or MBA is desirable.
