As an FMI Project Leader, you will play a critical role in protecting product quality and customer satisfaction by leading end-to-end Field Actions planning and execution for marketed GEHC PCS products. You will drive cross-functional teams from strategy and planning through deployment, ensuring the effective, timely, and compliant correction of affected products in the field.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead FMI projects, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to secure appropriate resources and drive successful execution. Coordinate project planning across engineering, product, operations, and customer-facing teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
• Apply sound judgment, analytical thinking, and technical expertise to solve problems and drive decision-making. Plan and manage resources, schedules, and processes, and lead wing-to-wing execution to ensure FMI programs meet quality, delivery, and business objectives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with design engineering, product management, operations, and customer-facing teams to resolve challenges, remove execution barriers, and keep projects on track.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and delivering FMI project outcomes that support business objectives.
  

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management, with a background in lifecycle management, sustaining engineering, preferably experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or related fields.
• Excellent communication, data management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage complex programs and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, and effectively document, plan, track, and execute programs.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
