Description
As a Lead Client Success Management reporting to our AVP - Client Success Management, you’ll play a critical role in strengthening long-term relationships with senior-level decision makers across global customer accounts, driving strategic engagement and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision makers and influencers across assigned global accounts.
Conduct regular strategy meetings with client leadership to understand needs and align them with Nasdaq’s solutions.
Create demand for Nasdaq’s products and services through impactful presentations and strategic conversations.
Analyze client data and sales reports to identify risks, opportunities, and drive retention strategies.
Collaborate with senior Account Managers to ensure consistent client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales within a global or regulated industry.
Strong ability to influence stakeholders, develop scalable solutions, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, PMP).
Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.
Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances in cross-border collaboration.
This position will be located in Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $106,000 - $148,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
