Project Manager

We’re currently looking for a Project Manager to add to our team in the San Francisco Bay Area! This role offers you the opportunity to play a key part in delivering a long-term capital improvement program, managing a variety of renovations, infrastructure, and facility upgrading projects from concept through completion. You'll work closely with diverse project teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication and manage stakeholders, including facility staff, project coordinators, contractors, design professionals, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare and present written reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other project documentation related to project status, risks, schedule, and budget.
• Manage projects throughout planning, design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases.
• Review and coordinate RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, pay applications, and other project documentation.
• Manage field activities to ensure work is completed in accordance with project requirements, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, risks, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve constructability, schedule, cost, and operational issues.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain project reporting, logs, and document controls.
• Manage and monitor the pace and schedule of the project in conjunction with office-based cost and schedule support.
• Provide strong project controls, including monitoring project risks, quality issues, and potential cost/schedule impacts.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of construction project management in capital improvement, renovation, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects through planning, design, construction, and closeout.
• Background supporting higher education, public-sector, or institutional construction projects is highly preferred.
• Success in delivering projects within active, occupied facilities.
• Demonstrated capability in managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000
