What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Process Improvement: support Product Owners in identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance credit origination processes and customer journeys
• Digital Transformation: assist in the implementation of automation, digitalisation, and process re-engineering initiatives across wholesale banking
• Stakeholder Engagement: prepare materials and presentations to support discussions, workshops, and updates with business and project stakeholders
• Solution Design: participate in design sessions and contribute ideas to improve user experiences, operational efficiency, and business outcomes
• Testing & Quality Assurance: conduct testing of new products, system enhancements, and digital features, and provide feedback to improve functionality and performance
• Data Analysis: analyse data and business information to identify trends, monitor outcomes, and recommend areas for improvement
• Innovation Projects: contribute to initiatives that advance OCBC's innovation and digital transformation agenda
• Ad-hoc Tasks: provide support on other transformation and modernisation projects as assigned

Who You Work With

The Digital Transformation and Modernisation Office drives the transformation of wholesale banking through innovation, technology, and process excellence. You'll work alongside Product Owners, technology teams, business stakeholders, and transformation specialists who are committed to delivering simpler, faster, and more seamless banking experiences. As part of a collaborative team, you'll gain valuable insights into how digital solutions are designed, implemented, and scaled across the bank.
