Description
Full-Time | Hybrid | $23/hour
Schedule: 4–5 days of availability required, with availability on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
We're looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to be the friendly, on-it voice patients hear first — and the glue that keeps our clinics running smoothly behind the scenes.
If you're the type who stays calm when the phones are ringing off the hook, remembers the small details that make patients feel like more than a number, and genuinely likes solving problems before they turn into bigger ones, you'll fit right in here.
About the Role
You'll be the primary point of contact for patients and members across all Hydration Room locations — answering calls, solving problems, and coordinating scheduling so every patient feels looked after. You'll work closely with our Operations Manager and District Managers to keep the day-to-day running without a hitch.
This is a hybrid role: mostly remote, with onsite time at a clinic or our warehouse/office when needed. If you'd rather work in person full-time, that option's open too.
What You'll Do
- Be the main operator across all clinic locations — handling inbound and outbound patient and member calls, resolving questions about services, treatments, and memberships, and keeping call routing and documentation on point
- Coordinate Mobile IV appointment scheduling as the go-between for patients, staff, and the mobile team
- Keep on top of customer service and membership email queues, resolving what you can and looping in the right teammate for anything bigger
- Help maintain clinic SOPs — flagging gaps, keeping docs current, and guiding new hires through the ropes
- Jump in when staff call out, coordinating coverage so patient care never skips a beat
- Support District Managers on weekends as a reliable point of contact for whatever comes up
- Work onsite at a clinic, office, or warehouse when needed — or use the space as your home base if you prefer in-person
- Pitch in on other operational tasks as they come up
Who You Are
- Genuinely passionate about patient experience and wellness
- A pro at juggling high call and email volume without missing a beat
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working independently across a multi-location, remote setup
- Handy with scheduling systems, CRM tools, and everyday tech
- A team player who brings solutions, not just problems
What We Offer
- Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, voluntary benefits, and Paid Life Insurance (full-time)
- Vacation time (full-time)
- 401(k) participation (part-time and full-time)
- Free IV and injection perks
- Flexible scheduling
- A fun, growing workplace built around health and wellness
Requirements
- 1–2 years in customer service or healthcare/wellness preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication with a patient-first mindset
- Experience with high-volume email and/or inbound call queues
- Comfortable with scheduling systems, CRM tools, and basic computer skills
- Sharp multitasking and organizational skills
- Able to work both remotely and onsite; remote shifts from a quiet, professional space
- Reliable internet, and a punctual, focused presence on every call
- Availability between 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM, 7 days a week (specific shifts assigned by leadership)
Physical Requirements
- Comfortable sitting and working at a computer for extended periods
- Able to move through the full facility when working onsite
- Able to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally
