The role bridges business needs and technology capabilities, ensuring that data, AI solutions, and insights support strategic objectives, operational efficiency, and innovation.

About the role

As AI & Analytics Specialist, you report to IT Strategy & Data Manager directly and work closely with BPO team and IT Architect team. This position is responsible for the governance of global reporting and the expansion of AI knowledge, capabilities and implementation in the company.

Key responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Insights

Analyze business data and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Develop dashboards and reports, as well as manage and maintain semantic models on Power BI.

AI & Advanced Analytics

Design, develop, and maintain AI agents and automations, and predictive analytics solutions.

Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative applications.

Business Partnership

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and priorities.

Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions that deliver measurable value.

Data Governance & Quality

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance with governance standards.

Promote responsible AI practices and effective data management processes.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

Automate reporting, workflows, and decision-support processes.

Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.

About you

• Strategic thinking, Innovative thinking in AI use.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Data Warehouse, Data Analytics solutions
• Knowledge of AI and reporting platform ecosystems (Azure AI, OpenAI, Databricks, Power BI)
• Power BI Development (5+ years)
• Experience with AI agent development (1+ years)
• Integration patterns between ERP and data platforms
• Experience in ERP harmonization programs
• Good Communication with fluent English
