Compensation:
- $25.00-$30.27 per hour
Available Shift:
- 6:45PM-7:00am
- 2-2-3 schedule

Position Summary
The Manufacturing Team Lead is responsible for supporting daily production operations by assisting with workflow coordination, employee guidance, safety compliance, and production performance. This role serves
as a working leader on the production floor, helping ensure quality, efficiency, and teamwork standards are maintained.
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:
- Production Support
- Assist in overseeing daily production activities and workflow.
- Support production goals by ensuring employees remain on task and processes run efficiently.
- Monitor production output and communicate issues to supervisors or management.
- Assist with line setup, material flow, and operational readiness.
- Help minimize downtime and address basic production concerns.
- Manage training for all work centers
Employee Guidance & Support:
- Provide day-to-day direction and support to production employees.
- Train new employees on work instructions, safety procedures, and production expectations.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and positive employee engagement.
- Serve as a point of contact for team questions and operational support.
- Assist supervisors with employee coaching and performance feedback.
Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure employees follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Promote a safe and organized work environment.
- Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment concerns immediately.
- Support housekeeping and 5S initiatives throughout the department.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Quality Responsibilities:
- Monitor products and processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist with identifying defects and correcting issues during production.
- Verify employees follow standardized work instructions and procedures.
- Communicate quality concerns promptly to supervisors or quality personnel.
Communication & Coordination:
- Communicate production priorities and expectations to team members.
- Assist with shift handoffs and provide updates on production status.
- Coordinate with supervisors, maintenance, quality, and warehouse personnel as needed.
- Maintain accurate production and downtime records when required.
Continuous Improvement:
- Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and organization.
- Assist with implementing process improvements and standard work practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous manufacturing experience required.
- Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety requirements.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to [insert weight requirement] pounds as needed.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
