As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Job Description & Summary 

A career within ITFT Consulting Services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage transformation to enhance their customer experiences. 

 

 
 

*Responsibilities: 

  • - Engage stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. 

  • - Define business processes and translate them into functional specifications. 

  • - Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technology teams to define data requirements, mappings, and transformation logic. 

  • - Perform data discovery, querying, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting of large healthcare datasets (claims, eligibility, provider, etc.). 

  • - Document functional requirements, data definitions, lineage, and business rules for analytics and reporting. 

  • - Support development of dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or Tableau aligned to business KPIs. 

 

*Mandatory skill sets 

- Strong exposure to US Healthcare domain (Claims, Membership, Provider, Enrollment, Benefits). 

- Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills. 

- Hands-on SQL expertise. 

 

 

*Preferred skill sets 

• Certification in Business analyst  

 

*Years of experience required 

• 6–10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst. 

 

*Education Qualification 

• BE/BTech /MBA
