Position Summary...

The Senior Specialist, Operations role supports the Marketplace Operations team in managing cross-border seller programs and driving operational excellence. This position is responsible for analyzing seller performance, developing reporting insights, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to improve key operational metrics, including returns management, and customer service. The role focuses on enhancing the overall seller and customer experience across global marketplaces.

 

 

What you'll do...

Job Description

• Manage and support cross-border seller programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor seller performance and operational metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Analyze and resolve operational issues to ensure a seamless seller and customer experience.
• Coordinate operational readiness and execution for Remote Fulfillment across multiple marketplaces.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational processes and program outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1-2 years of experience in day to day ops/logistics management.
• Experience in Retail Merchandising, Operations, or eCommerce is an asset.
• Comfort working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is an asset.

The pay range for this position is $64,700.00 - $88,990.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
