The Opportunity

Join Micromine in Johannesburg as a Customer Success Specialist, partnering with mining and exploration customers across the AMEE region. This role sits at the intersection of technology, customer engagement, and business value, helping customers maximise the impact of their software investment while strengthening long-term partnerships. You'll play a key role in improving customer outcomes, retention, and growth across a global technology leader.

What you need to succeed

• Tertiary qualification in Earth Sciences, Mining, or Engineering.
• Experience within exploration, mining, or related operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of geology, exploration, or mining software workflows.
• Proven ability to build credibility with technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and opportunities.
