As a Group Product Manager, you'll shape the digital experiences that define how thousands of customers discover, engage with, and ultimately purchase their future home. This role is for a high-impact leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will manage and develop a team of talented Product Managers, while also owning key initiatives yourself. You will lead with clarity, coach with empathy, and push the boundaries of what's possible in digital product development. Your Responsibilities on the Team
- Lead a team of Product Managers and support their career development, execution quality, and strategic thinking.
- Own and drive critical initiatives that have portfolio-level impact.
- Set product strategy and priorities across a group of products or features, allocating resources accordingly.
- Establish a strong operating rhythm for your product group, including planning cycles, product reviews, and decision documentation.
- Align stakeholders across product, design, engineering, and business functions to ensure clarity and momentum.
- Champion a high bar for product craft, including discovery, user insight, technical depth, and iterative delivery.
- Communicate risk, progress, and changes in priority with transparency and structure.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within your team.
Your Toolbox
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant area) with working experience as a Product Owner preferred.
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years managing PMs..
- Proven ability to thrive as a "player-coach," balancing leadership with hands-on product work.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in cross-functional teams.
- Experience shipping high-impact digital products at scale.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of crafting clear strategies and telling compelling product stories.
- Analytical mindset with fluency in interpreting data and using it to inform decisions.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring clarity through structure and communication.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
