The Opportunity:
Are you looking for an opportunity to use your technical skills to make an impact on national defense? As a DevOps engineer on our team, you will develop testing pipelines, create automatic processes, and oversee multiple systems to support teams performing classified development and analysis. This role is a blend of DevOps, architecture management, and analysis support, offering you multiple avenues for growth with both technical and leadership opportunities. Our multi-disciplinary team of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) professionals operates in small groups where your contributions matter. We are looking for lifelong learned and motivated, independent thinkers who can contribute to a fast-paced, team environment focused on client delivery. Ultimately, the support you provide will help the acquisition community make informed decisions pertaining to future combat systems, furthering the mission of the Department of War (DoW).

You Have:
Experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Experience with scripting or automating using Bash, Python, or PowerShell
Experience with Linux and Git, GitHub, or GitLab
Ability to oversee image registries and server-based runners
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
Nice If You Have:
1+ years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
1+ years of experience with scripting or automating using Bash, Python, or PowerShell
1+ years of experience with Linux and Git, GitHub, or GitLab
Experience with container technologies, including Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes
Knowledge of radar principles, signal processing, and EW
Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred; or Master’s degree in Computer Science a plus

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
