Join our team as a Manufacturing Test Engineer in the dynamic field of Work Transfer! In this key role, you will drive innovation by analyzing equipment, designing and/or adapting test solutions, and ensuring efficiency in the production of high-quality electronic systems. You'll have the opportunity to apply your technical expertise, collaborate with global leaders in both English and Spanish, and occasionally travel to the United States to support strategic projects. What You Will Do:  

  • Analyzes equipment and conducts tests to establish operating data.    
  • Performs engineering duties including manufacturing planning and the installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical apparatus to ensure that projects are completed on-time and as per the defined goals.    
  • Determines material and equipment needs and orders supplies to ensure sufficient resources for project completion.    
  • Develops or performs operational, maintenance, or testing procedures for electronic products, components, equipment, or systems to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of engineering processes.    
  • Manage activities for the manufacture, installation, maintenance, operation, or modification of electronic equipment, products, or systems to ensure smooth operations.    
  • Prepares, reviews or maintains maintenance schedules, develop documentation, or operational reports and charts to ensure that progress and performance can be tracked.    
  • Resolves day-to-day technical problems on the production lines to minimize disruption.    
  • Troubleshoots electrical device problems to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently.    
  • Modifies, and evaluates electronic apparatus, components, or circuitry for use in other equipment and devices.    
  • Design and fabricate test solutions    
  • Researches, develops, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks.     
  • Produces products according to specifications, using the most cost effective and efficient means.     
  • Analyzes and evaluates new or improved electronic components. Includes power generation, transmission and distribution, rotating machinery, illumination, wire communication systems and servomechanisms. Includes circuit theory, computer design and development, instrumentation, radio communications, semiconductor devices, solid state devices, and television systems.    
  • Works autonomously with limited supervision.    
  • Influences others within the work area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.   
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with corporate leaders through in-person meetings, presentations, reports, and written correspondence.  
  • May be required to travel occasionally to the United States to support business needs. 

Qualifications You Must Have:  

  • Typically requires a University Degree in in Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering 
  • and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience 
  • Proficient Conversational and written English required   
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, and reporting). 

 

Qualifications We Preferred:  

  • Demonstrated experience in programming logic, with proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, C/C++, Labview or MATLAB. Examples include creating automated test scripts, implementing logical algorithms, or debugging complex code.
