Title: PS Business Operations Consultant II 

Location: Belgrade, Hybrid

We are seeking a professional who will be a partner to Professional Services leadership to drive operational excellence, business performance, profitability and resource optimization across the organization. This individual will provide financial and operational analysis, support strategic planning activities enabling management to make informed business decisions. 

Position Summary   

The PS Business Operations Consultant II serves as a strategic business partner to Professional Services leadership, supporting operational excellence, financial performance, and resource optimization across the organization. This role provides financial and operational analysis, delivers key business insights, and helps drive planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes that contribute to business growth and profitability.

Working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Billing, Revenue Recognition, Project Management and Professional Services leaders, the consultant is responsible for monitoring business performance, supporting month-end closing activities, developing management reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of financial and operational data. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a proactive, business-oriented mindset to identify opportunities, improve processes, and support the successful execution of organizational goals. 

Key Areas of Responsibility   

  • Partner with Sales, Billing, Revenue Recognition, Project Managers and Professional Services Managers to ensure accurate revenue and cost recognition.
  • Perform month-end closing activities and support related financial reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services senior leadership to drive business growth, operational effectiveness, and profitability.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue, gross margin, profitability, utilization, and productivity.
  • Support revenue/cost/orders/resources forecasting and financial planning processes
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and dashboards for leadership teams
  • Drive planning, forecasting, and monthly business review activities.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of global Professional Services processes and policies.
  • Provide insightful business analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Basic Qualifications  

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in business operations, finance, business analysis, or a related field.
  • BA in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Organizational Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working in a professional services, consulting, or technology environment.
  • Fluency in Italian, French, German, or Spanish is considered a plus.
