CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (BACK OFFICE) - 6-Month
Assignment
Role Overview:
At Huntsman we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Back Office) to join our Advanced Materials team in Krakow on a 6-Month Assignment.
In this role, you will support our Customer Service, Commercial and Supply Chain teams with complaint and return processes. You will help ensure that customer requests are handled accurately, on time and in line with agreed service standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with a Customer Service or Order to Cash background who would like to work in an international corporate environment.

Role Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Handle customer complaints and return requests from initial receipt through to completion.
Use SAP and C4C to process return-related activities, prepare documentation and keep system records up to date.
Respond to customer queries about complaint and return status in a professional and timely way.
Monitor open cases and follow up with internal teams to make sure issues are resolved within agreed timelines.
Work closely with Customer Service Representatives, Sales, Finance, Logistics and Supply Chain teams.
Support rebate and commission payment processes in cooperation with the Pricing Office.
Look for ways to improve processes and contribute to a better customer experience.
Experience and Competencies:
We are looking for someone who brings a practical Customer Service mindset, enjoys working with details and can communicate confidently in English. If you enjoy working independently and can navigate successfully in a dynamic environment – this offer is for you.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in Customer Service, ideally in a corporate or international environment.
Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
Confidence working with systems and data, with strong attention to detail.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks at the same time.
A customer-focused approach and strong communication skills.
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to follow through on open topics.
Order to Cash experience would be a strong advantage.
SAP knowledge would be beneficial, especially for checking order-related information and processing service requests.
