Description
Our client is a 5* International Chain Hotel with 300+ rooms and 7 F&B Outlets in Surabaya.
This role will be reporting directly Director of Sales & Marketing.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• Experience in 5 star international chain hotels
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, advertising, publicity and promotional campaigns
• Extensive experience managing large scale hotel operations and multiple F&B outlets
• Strong track record in developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies
• Ability to represent the hotel and brand with confidence and professionalism
• Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate a high performing marketing communications team
• Strong leadership, decision making and problem solving skills
• Strategic, creative and commercially minded
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Energetic, hands on, flexible and able to work under pressure
• Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and drive commercial results
• Well established relationships with media and key industry contacts
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
• Presentable and well groomed
• Excellent English both spoken and written
• Positive, confident and engaging personality
• Results oriented with a proactive approach
