GenesisCare has an exciting opportunity for two Radiation Therapists to join our established Adelaide team, based across Flinders Private Hospital and our Tennyson Centre.

We currently have two exciting 12-month opportunities available: a Full-Time position and a Part -Time position working 3 days per week.

Our professionals actively participate in a multidisciplinary approach to optimise the entire patient journey.

As a Radiation Therapist, you will report directly to the Unit Leader and play an important role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

More specifically, you will:

• Personally undertake radiation therapy planning, pre-treatment and treatment responsibilities and associated duties.
• Promote and contribute to an effective multidisciplinary team at the relevant Centre and across the practice.
• Responsible for the correct administration of all radiation therapy processes and procedures.
• Ensure that all administration and documentation requirements are initiated and completed in a professional and timely manner.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Demonstrated technical competence in all areas of radiotherapy at an appropriate level (treatment, simulation and planning), including comprehensive knowledge of contemporary radiotherapy modalities and techniques.
• Ability to demonstrate the ability to work in an effective team environment.
• Strong empathy, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of radiotherapy and associated allied healthcare services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy.
• Current registration as a Radiation Therapist with AHPRA.
• Current Australian Radiation Use Licence (state-specific requirements apply).
