- File and maintain accounting documents both digitally and physically
- Enter subcontractor and vendor invoices
- Enter and organize lien releases from subcontractors
- Assist with journal entries and other accounting-related tasks
- Maintain and organize lien releases from subcontractors
What You Bring:
- Experience: 1+ year of office experience or related field. Often has high school diploma or equivalent
- Systems Knowledge: Proficient in Sage, Procore, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and Zoom
- Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team and collaborate effectively with other departments in the company.

Physical Requirements:
- Primarily desk and computer-based work
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
