Position Summary
At GOVMINT, we're reimagining what modern collecting can be.
For more than 40 years, we've connected collectors to history, artistry, and discovery through one of the world's most diverse portfolios of coins, currency, precious metals, and collectibles. Our brand is built on two core ideas: The Showcase - an unmatched assortment of U.S. Vintage, Modern U.S., Modern Global, and Bullion products - and The Relationship - expert guidance, storytelling, and personalized collector experiences.
We're looking for a highly commercial, highly analytical builder to help define the next evolution of our business.
This is not a traditional merchandising role. It is not a traditional marketing role.
As Director, Commerce Growth, you will define and implement the commercial growth strategy across GOVMINT's assortment architecture and categories, pricing and promotions, and customer experience across distribution channels. This role owns the intersection of assortment architecture, category growth and refinement, commercialization, and channel performance-turning products, offers, and customer journeys into stronger demand, better mix, improved margin, and higher lifetime value.
A key part of this role will be defining and evolving GOVMINT's assortment architecture-identifying where to grow, where to refine, and how categories, product types, price points, metals, mints, and customer segments should work together across channels.
This is an ideal opportunity for a high-performing Ecommerce Manager, Senior Manager, Merchandising Manager, Category Manager, Growth Manager, or Commerce Manager with proven experience in building out assortment architecture and category management who is ready for broader ownership while remaining hands-on and deeply involved in executional work.
If you love turning products into demand, stories into sales, and data into action, we'd love to meet you.
