As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols throughout an active worksite, monitor access points, help deter incidents through a visible presence, and report security-related concerns. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity and works together to protect people, property, and operations.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, contractors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, deliveries, and subcontractors in accordance with site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of construction areas, temporary facilities, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and support security-related operations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and access records in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
