Responsibilities
The Opportunity
This I&O Senior Analyst is responsible for driving execution, governance and continuous improvement of the Cloud, Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) in Strategy & Transformation (S&T) agenda across the CARICAM and IB regions. This role ensures the effective delivery of operational support processes focused on end user services, while establishing governance frameworsk, performance metrics, and compliance standards that drive consistency, service quality, and alignment with enterprise technology objectives.
Moreover, position is accountable for managing executive and VIP support capabilities, ensuring timely resolution of issues and superior user experience through direct vendor management and close coordination with regional and global IT teams, additionally ons and executes the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) program for Infrastructure & Operations across the region, ensuring the timely refresh, deployment and lifecycle compliance of all technology assets, this includes end-user computing devices (laptops and PCs), mobie devices and smartphones, warehouse and manufacturing handhelds, printers, network infrastructure equipment, servers, storage, databases and collaboration technologies such as audio/video conferencing rooms.
Your Impact
As CARICAM I&O Sr. Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
- Ensures E2E support processes for users across LatAm locations (CARICAM & IB HQ) acting as SPOC for incident resolution and requirements fulfillment associated with End User Experience processes
- Drives Critical Incidents ensuring alignment with Critical Incident Management Processes that affect regional users
- Drives multiyear investment agenda for regional TLM strategy and provides insights to I&O Leads across LATAM
- Assist CTO Leads to develop proofs of concept/pilots to validate the technology and/or process improvements with the objective to transform, automate and digitize I&O processes
- Produces market trend analysis and value indicators that enable innovation and continuous improvement to reach IT Goals for the digitalization agenda
- Feeds governance & tools regarding innovation for I&O technology oriented to improve customer satisfaction
- Keeps full alignment with Global IT Service Management process owners regarding processes, controls & tools
- Financial Management, baseline and investment expense budget preparation and tracking. (Executing Actions/provide consultation)
- Support Global programs ensuring suceesful local implementation in CARICAM and IB.
- Collaborates with Global vendors and drive them to deliver job giving value to the organization.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Experience
- +3 years of experience as processes leader / IT support coordinator
- Experience leading Proofs of Concept (POCs), pilots, technology evaluations, and service innovations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess feasibility, business value, and implementation risks.
- 3+ year experience in investment and expense budget lifecycle management.
- 3+ years of experience managing vendors in a multilingual/multi-technology environment.
- Experience identifying and implementing AI-driven opportunities to improve operational efficiency, user experience, IT service delivery and Data analytics
- 3+ years of experience in design and optimization of financial management processes.
- Advance English language proficiency
- International experience in worldwide multinational enterprises
