Lead Business Solutions Architect

• Develop business capability and solution roadmaps aligned with business strategy and enterprise priorities.
• Partner with product management and delivery leaders to align product roadmaps and implementation strategies.
• Translate business requirements into solutions that align with the broader enterprise architecture and business context.
• Lead the development, formalization, and communication of business solutions across multiple domains and business units.
• Advise clients and leaders on the value, impact, and strategic importance of proposed solutions.
• Present solution recommendations, architecture direction, and program updates to executive leadership.
• Identify opportunities to reuse and optimize business capabilities and processes across organizational areas.
• Collaborate with business analysts, application architects, and cross-functional teams to align solutions with enterprise architecture standards and strategic goals.
• Influence enterprise decisions and build alignment among business, product, and technology leaders.
• Advance business architecture practices, standards, and approaches across the enterprise.

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in enterprise architecture, business architecture, solutions architecture, or a related discipline required.
• Experience developing enterprise-wide business strategies and architecture solutions across multiple business areas preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy and requirements into scalable solution architectures.
• Demonstrated experience presenting recommendations and influencing decisions with executive leadership strongly preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes across organizational boundaries.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
