Merchandising & Buying Intern

ANINE BING is looking for a Merchandising & Buying Intern to join our team in Paris, starting January 2027. 

As a Merchandising & Buying Intern, you will support the Merchandising team in key tasks related to product strategy, sales analysis, and business performance monitoring. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both the creative and analytical sides of a fashion brand.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an intern who is adaptable, highly motivated, and eager to contribute across the Collection and Retail Merchandising functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop valuable skills in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative fashion environment, while gaining hands-on experience in product strategy, sales analysis, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Support in analyzing sales, stock, and performance data across all channels (Retail, ECOM, Wholesale)
• Help update merchandising tools (assortments, price trackers, range plans) and develop Collection documents (PERM guide, end of season reports…)
• Contribute to the monitoring of product launches and sell-through
• Participate in market and competitor research (benchmarks…)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Production, Commercial, Marketing)
• Assist in the Collection assortment review meetings (support with models, organization, editing, …) and four yearly Showrooms

Requirements:

• Student in Business, Fashion Management or related field
• A previous experience in Fashion is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of Excel and interest in data-driven decision making
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Fluency in English and French
