Your mission

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing activities across Poland and the Baltic states. Poland will be your primary market, while you will guide our Lithuania-based Marketing Intern in supporting activities across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
Working closely with the Country Manager, distributors, partners, and our regional teams, you will turn business priorities into effective local marketing initiatives. Ready to make an impact? Here is what your mission will involve:

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for Poland, aligning local activities with the Region East strategy and business targets.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, partner, and offline channels, including trade shows, installer training sessions, and Sungrow-owned events.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, installers, and business partners through co-marketing campaigns, training initiatives, and locally relevant activities.
• Manage the Polish marketing budget, suppliers, agencies, and campaign briefs while ensuring compliance with internal legal, budget, GDPR, and RODO requirements.
• Produce and localise Polish-language content, monitor market and competitor developments, and translate campaign results into actionable recommendations.
• Guide the Baltics Marketing Intern and collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Service, and regional Marketing colleagues across Poland and the Baltic states.

Your profile

That sounds interesting, right? To take ownership of this role and thrive in our international environment, your background should look something like this:

• You bring at least five years of B2B marketing experience, including independent ownership of marketing strategy and execution for a country or market.
• You have proven experience planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns, events, and partner-focused marketing initiatives.
• You communicate confidently in Polish at C1 level and English at B2 level or above, both spoken and written.
• You are comfortable managing budgets, suppliers, external agencies, and relationships with distributors, partners, or installer networks.
• You combine strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple markets, stakeholders, and priorities.
• You have experience guiding junior colleagues or interns, are open to travel within Poland and occasionally across the Baltics, and have an interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
