Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement and manage cross-functional, fully integrated planning process that incorporates materials management inventory, and associated cost elements.
Performs analysis of customer demand, and historical material usage to develop and execute build to order and build to forecast plans. Coordinate with cross-functional business teams to develop best strategy for production planning & materials procurement to support customer demand.
Establish and implement methods and best practices related to the systems and process that support inventory purchasing, and material control.
Establishes and manages procurement activities by monitoring material inventories, tracking progress of production and reviewing factors that affect delivery of material to factory.
Develop, Identify and execute a sourcing strategies to meet the business growth and sourcing requirements. Identify, develop, and manage effective relationship with existing and potential suppliers of goods and services to meet the established cost, quality and delivery targets. Establish, implement, and manage system to evaluate, monitor and report supplier scorecard performance.
Coordinate and work with quality, engineering, machining, and assembly operations to ensure 100% on-time delivery by establishing and monitoring schedule to proactively identify and address any issues.
Represents materials organization on corporate materials task force teams. Manages departmental budgets, associated costs and resources.

Primary Specific Responsibilities for Job Includes, but not limited to:
1\. OTD / MRP Avail% management for upto 10 suppliers / commodities
(Box Builds, OEMs, Weldments, Sheetmetal/Frames, Cable commodities, BTP machined parts)
2\. Production Meeting and War Room Representations and defending the factory, on shortage management, for priority shortages (Line Down, P1, P2, P3) as well as directing and guiding actions to creatively resolve shortages.
3\. Oversee and collaborate both Austin and Singapore builds related shortages along with close integrations / alignment on decisions and priority of allcoations of shipments, from supplier to factory.
4\. Engage closely to review shortage metrices, and preparing for Revenue Demand Leadership Taskforce (RDLT), and articulate the issues and recovery plans, for linear build plan support.
5\. Putting together Quarter End Short term Supply chain Risk Assessment summary and Mitigations plans, as part of RDLT.
6\. Manage direct report of approx 5-6 individuals under this role.
Additional Job Responsibilities Scope for successful candidates includes, but not limited to:
1\. Strategic and Supply continuity Initiatives: Resiliency / Regional Dependency) + BU Qual engagement for appropriate transition, and supply continuity and SPOF risk mitigations. Develop Product Familiarity within Etch/SRP, from supply chain side.
2\. Obsolescence Risk Management / Supply continuity Planning S&OP Related Scaling Initiatives (Capacity Readiness and Capacity management). Subject matter expert with Build Plan Churn supply chain risk assessment.
3\. Leadtime mitigation Initiatives (Safety Stock and Advanced Purchasing Program implementation / Strategic buy database Maintenance / Inventory management and / E&Z mitigations)
4\. Responsible and drive MCOS savings initiatives, to achieve AOP on an annual spend of $2B.

Salary Range:
$120,000.00 - $165,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
