Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly across various systems and applications. The role requires continuous enhancement of existing components to improve performance and scalability. Working within an agile environment, the engineer collaborates closely with stakeholders to ensure that the software meets evolving business requirements and delivers value. The position demands adaptability and creativity to address complex challenges while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Central Finance solutions, integrating financial data from multiple ERP systems, and developing executive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP S/4HANA Central Finance (CFIN) implementation and support projects.
Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules, including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
Internal Orders
Configure and support Central Finance components such as:
SLT Replication
AIF (Application Interface Framework)
Initial Load and Real-Time Replication
Perform system integration, reconciliation, and financial data validation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPIs for finance users.
Optimize Power BI data models, DAX measures, and report performance.
Coordinate with technical teams on SAP data extraction
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Prepare functional specifications and support testing (SIT, UAT, Go-Live).



Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience in integrating financial systems and ensuring data consistency across platforms.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of enterprise applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
