Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Culture and Talent Manager to lead the development and implementation of strategies that foster a positive organizational culture and optimize human development within ALS. This role is crucial in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent to achieve business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Design and execute comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with the company's vision and values.
* Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, promote employee engagement, and enhance overall employee experience.
* Lead and manage various HR projects, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations.
* Champion human development programs, identifying training needs and designing effective learning interventions.
* Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters, ensuring ethical behavior and compliance with labor laws.
* Foster strong communication channels across all levels of the organization to ensure transparency and collaboration.
* Lead negotiation efforts for various HR-related agreements and initiatives.
* Cultivate a results-oriented environment, setting clear objectives and monitoring key performance indicators for HR functions.
* Promote and facilitate teamwork and collaboration within the HR department and across the company.

*Lead TA initiatives and excecution in the country

Job Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on organizational culture and talent management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
* Demonstrated ethical behavior and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute HR projects effectively.
* In-depth knowledge of human development principles and best practices.
* Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
* Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution.
* A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving HR objectives.
* Strong commitment to fostering a collaborative and high-performing teamwork environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
