Job Description
As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide professional customer service. This driving position requires operating a vehicle in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Minimum 1 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required
Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

- Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial office areas, common spaces, parking facilities, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and document security-related observations, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns.
- Maintain a professional presence while communicating clearly with building management, tenants, visitors, and emergency responders.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
