Site Quality Leader
Are you a passionate quality leader who thrives at the intersection of people development, manufacturing excellence, and continuous improvement? DuPont Multibase™ is seeking a Quality Leader to join our site leadership team in Copley, Ohio.
In this highly visible role, you will lead the site QA/QC laboratory team and oversee the plant's quality management systems while serving as a key member of the manufacturing leadership team. What You'll Do
As the Site Quality Leader, you will:
Lead and Develop Talent
- Inspire, coach, and develop a team of quality professionals and laboratory staff.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and open communication.
- Drive employee development through performance management, career planning, and regular feedback.
Drive Quality Excellence
- Lead, maintain, and continually improve the site Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001:2015.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications through effective quality controls, testing, release processes, and complaint management.
- Develop and deploy quality planning strategies that advance business objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Establish, monitor, analyze, and communicate key quality performance metrics.
Champion Continuous Improvement
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support yield improvement, process optimization and prevention of recurring quality issues.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities to improve products, manufacturing processes, and business systems.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions that strengthen performance and prevent recurrence.
Partner Across the Business
- Collaborate closely with Operations, R&D, Commercial, Technology, and Global Quality teams.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable quality strategies and site capabilities.
- Influence stakeholders across functions to support quality initiatives and operational excellence.
Represent the Site Externally
- Serve as the primary customer contact for escalated quality issues.
- Lead customer, supplier, and ISO certification audits.
- Represent the site with customers, regulatory agencies, governing bodies, and DuPont business leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, scientific, or management-related field.
- Previous supervisory or project management experience.
- Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or industrial laboratory environments.
- Experience working within manufacturing operations and quality management systems.
