Job Summary
As a Property Associate, you will support the Portfolio Manager and Property Manager with the daily operations of a 217-unit property. You will help with leasing, resident needs, inspections, property upkeep, notices, and general office tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with residents, vendors, and team members.

- Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 40 hours per week
- Property: 217-unit property
- Compensation: $21–$22 per hour
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Help market available units and assist with leasing activities.
- Respond to prospective residents and help with applications and rental questions.
- Conduct property and unit showings.
- Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs.
- Help with lease renewals and rent increases.
- Answer calls, check voicemail, and follow up with prospects.
- Respond to resident questions, complaints, and service requests.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Communicate with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members.
- Prepare and post resident notices.
- Inspect vacant units and make sure they are clean and ready to show.
- Walk the property to check cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance.
- Create work orders when needed.
- Take photos of units and the property for marketing.
- Collect coins from common-area laundry facilities.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Skills and Abilities
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings when needed.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
- AppFolio experience is a plus.
