Key Information:
- Hours: Project dependent. Minimum 40 hours per week, with overtime hours needed during the busy season (April - October)
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
- Hourly rate is dependent on experience.

Job Description:
- Operate coring vehicle, perform slab sawing, wall sawing, core drilling, and wire sawing on roads, bridges, foundations, and curbs according to project plans.
- Create precise openings for plumbing, electrical conduits, and other utility installations.
- Cut up, break apart, and haul away old or damaged concrete and asphalt structures.
- Run road sawing machine.
- Core manholes with Hilti gear.
- Inspect, clean, and perform daily maintenance on saws, drills, pumps, and transport vehicles.
- Work with the Safety Advisors to ensure the work is performed safely.
- Travel to different projects is required.
Experience and Certification Requirements:
- 1-3 years of construction, masonry or specialized concrete cutting, or equivalent experience required.
- Lift heavy materials, kneel, bend, and stand for long work hours.
- Ability to read blueprints, follow pre-marked layout lines, and use utility-locating equipment like ground-penetrating radar (GPR) to avoid hidden hazards.
- CSTS 2020 and WHMIS 2015 required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must have strong working knowledge of concrete construction.
- A reliable means of transportation is required.
- Proficient English language skills required.
Education: Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
