Overview

Element is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Technician Trainee. No prior ETCH or NDT experience is required. Through a structured training program, you'll learn specialized inspection and chemical processing techniques that support critical aerospace components and develop toward Inspector certification.

This is a second shift position (1:00pm-9:00pm M-F) with a starting hourly rate of $20.00 with a $3.00 shift differential added.

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Move and process parts through chemical treatment operations.
  • Inspect component surfaces for defects, irregularities, and quality concerns.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Use hand tools and basic equipment to support production activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and production records.
  • Participate in training programs leading to advanced certifications and career progression.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work.
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience using basic hand tools.
  • Dependable work ethic and interest in long-term career growth.
