We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for assisting customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and providing a professional customer experience in both Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Mandarin proficiency: C1 – able to communicate confidently with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• English proficiency: B1 – able to understand and communicate in English.
• SPM qualification or above.
• Open only for Local Malaysians.
• Customer Service or BPO experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Stable employment history is preferred.
• Able to commit to Rotational shift

  Working Hours: 5 working days + 2 days off per week

  • Weekday Shifts: Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, with each shift lasting 9 hours
  • Weekend Shifts: Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and professional assistance to customers.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Meet assigned customer service and performance KPIs.
