Acquisition Portfolio Logistics Manager

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking an Acquisition Portfolio Logistics Manager to support our NAVSEA customer. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite in Washington, DC 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

The Acquisition Portfolio Logistics Manager will lead a team analyzing modernization and logistics plans impacting product production, distribution, and inventory, with the goal of enhancing product flow and fleet use while delivering integrated warfighting capabilities, and providing our Navy clients with strategic, data-driven solutions to help propel the Navy forward and ensure maritime dominance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable juggling multiple projects and timelines and connecting with clients globally to foster collaboration and workflow improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years of experience with Navy acquisition and/or sustainment logistics
• 5+ years of experience with DoD product support management functions, including acquisition support, supply support and outfitting, maintenance and readiness support, life-cycle solutions, Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) program management and analysis, and Human Systems Integration (HSI) analysis or training
• NAVSEA Program Office experience
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and SharePoint
• Active DoD Secret Clearance

Desired Qualifications:

• Team Submarines Program Office Experience
• NAVSUP HQ/NAVSUP WSS/DLA experience
• Master’s Degree in an analytical field 
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• DAWIA Advanced Certification – PM, LCL, or CON

 

Salary at VISTA is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $130,000.00 to $170,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of VISTA's total compensation package for employees.
