Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, 6:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour

About the Role
As a Universal Caregiver, you'll give hands-on, compassionate care to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods. Every weekend morning, you'll help residents start their day with comfort, dignity, and a smile.

What You'll Do

• Help residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Assist with meals, hydration, and light housekeeping
• Support residents living with dementia with patience and kindness
• Watch for changes in residents' health or behavior and report them to the nurse
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Live out our mission, vision, and Village Values every shift

What We're Looking For

• A caring heart and a desire to serve seniors
• CNA certification preferred but not required (we're happy to train the right person)
• Dependable weekend availability
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with transfers throughout the shift
