Role Expectations 

• Succession and Backup 
• Maintain and annually update backup plan for all mission critical functions within the department 
• Ensure training of all mission critical functions 

• Management 
• Set clear goals and expectations for all direct reports 
• Properly document all performance issues and create a PIP when deemed appropriate. 

• Project Management 
• Create a detailed plan for each approved project, to include the following: timeline, milestones, resources, responsibilities, potential risks, etc. 
• Motivate and drive the team of each project to achieve the milestones and goals of each project 
• Communicate, monitor and report weekly to all involved the status (achievement's, gaps, failures, next steps) of each project 
• After the completion of each project, evaluate the overall success and impact to the company and investigate any failures 
• Follow up on open CARs ensuring that implemented actions are effective and completed. 

• Accountable for the following: 
• Oversite of all WMS systems. 
• Support Team / Conversion Teams / new customer setups 
• Ensure employees have proper training as outlined by their respective CARE form 
• o Coordination of WMS rollouts and conversions are planned, approved and executed properly. 
• Ensure that the WMS environments are maintained and release packages are installed when appropriate. 
• Look for areas of improvement and solutions to implement gain efficiencies. 
• Strong experience with EDI 

• WMS Vendor Management 
• Maintain positive relations with WMS vendors. 
• Attend WMS seminars and user groups. 
• Monitor vendor ticketing system and look for opportunities for improvement. 

• ITS system 
• Identify any systematic patterns, which may require more generalized actions. 
• Respond to all support requests bases on areas of responsibility and priority level accordingly. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues or involve the appropriate person. 

• Miscellaneous 
• Adhere to the expense authorization document
