Responsibilities:

This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated and proven self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.  Primary responsibilities of the successful candidate include:

• Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of PJT employees' disclosed personal securities trading accounts within PJT's personal trade disclosure systems
• Coordinate the timely and accurate connection and disconnection of electronic data feeds between employee trading accounts and PJT's compliance systems
• Liaise with PJT employees whose personal securities accounts are not eligible for electronic data feeds to ensure timely submission of account statements to Compliance on a scheduled basis
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all account activity is reflected appropriately in PJT's disclosure systems
• Communicate professionally with employees at all levels of the firm regarding their personal trading disclosure obligations
• Producing periodic management reporting
• Maintaining Compliance operating procedures
• Facilitating timely responses to regulatory, audit or testing inquiries or requests

Qualifications:

We seek to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, and are proven self-starters. The successful candidates should have excellent communication skills, a demonstrated ability to write effectively, and a desire to work in a team environment. The ideal candidate would have prior experience in a compliance, legal, financial services, or administrative support role and meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word, Excel and PPT
• Demonstrates a collaborative mindset and the ability to effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and high volumes of work while consistently delivering the highest quality results
• Strong prioritization and organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability and desire to get up to speed quickly with new or unfamiliar subject matter
• Ability to work under pressure and to fixed, tight deadlines
• Ability to identify and promptly escalate issues where appropriate
• Strong risk and control awareness

Expected annualized base salary of $75,000 to $85,000.

This range represents the low and high ends of the expected annualized base salary for this position. The specific base salary received by any employee will be informed by a number of factors, including but not limited to, role level and scope, location, candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills and experience.

Base salary is one component of PJT Partners’ compensation structure. In addition to base salary, PJT Partners’ compensation structure may include additional rewards, incentives and benefits, including but not limited to, a discretionary bonus component.
