Service Professional - Pest Control

Key Responsibilities:

• Create our customer’s first-impression experience
• Exemplify excellent customer service and professionalism
• Inspect and perform pest control treatments for customers using high-quality and environmentally responsible products
• Educate customers on pest prevention and recommend necessary actions to keep their properties pest-free. 
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers, office staff, and service managers
• Follow a daily schedule (route), insuring timely arrival at each account
• Follow all safety protocols and comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control
• Stay up-to-date on the latest pest control techniques, products, and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up recommendations
• Maintain and clean pest control equipment and company vehicle
• Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity
• Other tasks as assigned by management 

Requirements

• Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required 
• The ideal candidate will have boundless energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to provide exceptional customer service
• Highly motivated; ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoor and confined spaces
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license and pass an MVR check
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
