About the role:

The Recruiting Consultant delivers predictable, high‑volume hiring execution for operational and recurring roles so hiring demand does not disrupt business operations. This role is accountable for execution discipline, candidate flow management, and process reliability across defined hiring frameworks.

The Recruiting Consultant focuses on moving candidates efficiently through the hiring process, maintaining always‑on pipelines, and ensuring a consistent, professional candidate experience. This role operates within established processes and escalates complexity appropriately rather than solving complex talent challenges independently.

This is an execution‑focused role designed to ensure hiring is reliable, compliant, and repeatable.

• Execute full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume, operational, and recurring roles within established hiring frameworks.
• Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining predictable candidate flow and timely progress through the hiring process.
• Conduct structured intake meetings to confirm role requirements, hiring timelines, and baseline selection criteria.
• Build and maintain active, always‑on talent pipelines for recurring roles using job boards, referrals, and sourcing tools.
• Screen candidates for baseline qualifications and readiness, advancing qualified candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and hiring steps, proactively preventing delays, candidate drop‑off, or process breakdowns.
• Provide consistent, timely, and professional communication to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate documentation, data integrity, and compliance within Workday and related recruiting systems.
• Identify and escalate hiring delays, risks, or compliance concerns promptly to support predictable hiring outcomes.
• Adhere to all applicable employment laws, banking regulations, internal policies, and regulatory requirements related to the recruiting function.
• Complete all required regulatory, compliance, and job‑specific training and remain current on changes to applicable regulations.
• Represent the organization professionally and protect the employer brand through a respectful, consistent candidate experience.
• Demonstrate alignment with the Bank’s culture, values, and vision, taking personal initiative and acting as a positive example for others.
• Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
• Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
• Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
• May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:

Education

• H.S. Diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of recruiting or human resources experience, preferably in a corporate or high-volume hiring environment required.
• Experience supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously required.

Skills

• Knowledge of high‑volume recruiting workflows and hiring processes
• Knowledge of Applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions without losing candidates or momentum
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Structured candidate screening and interview coordination
• Consistent use of ATS and recruiting tools
• Ability to follow defined processes with discipline and accuracy
• Execute hiring processes independently within defined parameters and established frameworks
• Maintain predictable hiring flow in a high‑volume recruiting environment
• Identify and escalate issues before they disrupt hiring timelines or candidate experience
• Deliver a consistent, professional candidate experience at scale
• Thrive in execution‑focused, process‑driven work
• Demonstrate a service‑oriented mindset with a focus on execution and follow‑through

Licenses/Certifications

• AIRS/PHR/SPHR preferred

The pay range for this role is $75,000 to $90,000

The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.

Primary Location: Ability to work fully onsite at posted location(s).
