Job Description
The Sr. Manager, A/R and Procurement leads contract administration and bill payment execution supporting the AWG Customer Team. This role oversees a team of 4 Coordinators and 1 Sr. Analyst and is responsible for contract accuracy, payment timeliness, process consistency, and strong partnership across Sales and external support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, develop, and manage workload for a team of 4 Coordinators and 1 Sr. Analyst
Oversee customer contract management for Kraft Heinz merchandising events, including Ads, EDLCs, and TPRs, ensuring timely and accurate execution
Oversee bill payment activities for assigned retailers, including invoice review, payment tracking, and resolution of discrepancies
Manage third-party contracting and payment partners to ensure accurate, timely execution and issue resolution
Drive process discipline, standard work, and continuous improvement across contract and bill payment activities
Partner closely with Customer Sales Managers and other stakeholders to align priorities, resolve issues, and support customer team needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, customer support, accounts receivable, procurement support, contract administration, bill pay, or related areas
Prior people leadership experience
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience working with customer portals or similar web-based systems
Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$120,800.00 - $151,000.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
