Sr. Manager, AR/Procurement

Job Description

The Sr. Manager, A/R and Procurement leads contract administration and bill payment execution supporting the AWG Customer Team. This role oversees a team of 4 Coordinators and 1 Sr. Analyst and is responsible for contract accuracy, payment timeliness, process consistency, and strong partnership across Sales and external support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage workload for a team of 4 Coordinators and 1 Sr. Analyst

• Oversee customer contract management for Kraft Heinz merchandising events, including Ads, EDLCs, and TPRs, ensuring timely and accurate execution

• Oversee bill payment activities for assigned retailers, including invoice review, payment tracking, and resolution of discrepancies

• Manage third-party contracting and payment partners to ensure accurate, timely execution and issue resolution

• Drive process discipline, standard work, and continuous improvement across contract and bill payment activities

• Partner closely with Customer Sales Managers and other stakeholders to align priorities, resolve issues, and support customer team needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, customer support, accounts receivable, procurement support, contract administration, bill pay, or related areas

• Prior people leadership experience

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Experience working with customer portals or similar web-based systems

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$120,800.00 - $151,000.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
